Avoid sports or heavy lifting until you have less discomfort and better mobility.

Exercises to reduce foot problems:

Rest or movement?

You should try within the first 24 to 48 hours of the onset of symptoms: –

1. Rest your legs, but avoid the long mantra of not moving at all.

2. When you are awake, gently move your feet and toes for 10 to 20 seconds per hour.

48 hours later: –

1. Try to return to normal activities slowly.

2. Do what you normally want to do and stay at work or come back – this is important and the best way to get better.

3. Use your good legs when going up to reduce the pressure on your legs.

4. Use your troubled feet when going downstairs to reduce the pressure on your feet.

5. Use a handrail when going up and down.

When to consult a doctor: –

Consult a doctor as soon as possible if: –

1. There has been significant trauma, for example falling from a height or direct injury to the legs.

2. There is an important wound on the leg.

3. You can’t put any weight on your feet.

Treatment of foot pain: –

Pain medications can help reduce pain and help you move more comfortably, which can help you recover. It is very important that you consult your doctor regularly before taking any medicine. You are advised to stay here or return to work as soon as possible during your recovery. You don’t have to be pain and symptom-free to get back to work.
