Doctors blame the virus for the common cold. They think that the enzymes that work in our body to fight disease play an effective role in normal temperature, but when the temperature decreases, the effectiveness of those enzymes is somewhat lost. Winter air lowers both temperature and humidity, and the body loses its immunity. As a result, the normal functioning of our airways is somewhat disrupted. At this point the virus attacks are easy. In winter, the amount of dust in the air increases. Winter weather helps spread the virus in the air. 2. Taking more zinc

The body needs a lot of zinc for a healthy body and immune system. When it is deficient, the immune system becomes weak. Diseases that nest in the body.
