Rainy days in winter. What if there is nothing hot and fun for breakfast in the afternoon in the pouring rain in the same cold weather? Halim is a well-known food. And suitable food as hot food in winter days. So today I came up with the recipe for making Halim.

Materials

Halim pulses and grains one cup of polao rice,

Half a cup of lentils,

Half a cup of boot lentils,

Half a cup of lentils,

Half a cup of mung dal,

Half a cup of wheat and 1 packet of Halim spice.

Halim’s meat

The amount of chicken meat is 500 grams,

One cup of chopped onion,

One tablespoon of turmeric powder,

Two teaspoons of chili powder,

One teaspoon of coriander powder,

One teaspoon of cumin powder,

Adabata one tablespoon,

Two teaspoons of garlic,

Salt to taste,

Like the amount of oil.

Halim garnished serving ingredients

One cup of coriander leaves,

One tablespoon of crushed green pepper,

A cup of chopped onion,

One tablespoon of ginger powder,

Thicken half a cup of tamarind water,

Two tablespoons of chopped carrots,

Cucumber half a cup,

5-6 lemon slices,

One tablespoon of ghee,

Two or three fried red chilies.

Method

Halim pulses and grains should be soaked overnight. The next day, wash the pulses and pour a little blender in the blender. The stalks cannot be blended too much.

Then fry the ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and all the powdered spices of Halim in the pan with oil and onion. Once the meat is cooked, it should be covered with a little water in the oven.

The blended stalks should be soaked in hot water for about half an hour. In the cooked meat, the stalks soaked in hot water should be kept in the oven and stirred constantly.

When it becomes thick, add cucumber powder, carrot powder, ginger powder, coriander powder, chili powder, beet salt, and a little ghee and stir again for about 5 minutes. You have to turn off the oven later. Funny Halim was made.

Pour halim into the bowl and serve hot with coriander leaves on top.
