The Bureau of Narcotics Control of India (NCB) has visited the house of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in Manna for investigation.

The agency says they went there to talk, as part of an investigation, not to conduct an operation or search.

Another NCB team went to the house of another Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey.

Ananya Pandey is the daughter of actor Chanky Pandey and a close friend of Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan.

Earlier on October 3, Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son Aryan Khan was arrested on charges of possessing and using illicit drugs.

Shah Rukh Khan went to meet his son Aryan Khan at Arthur Road Jail for the first time on Thursday morning after his son’s arrest. As soon as Shah Rukh Khan returned from there, the NCB investigation team came to his house.

Meanwhile, Aryan Khan’s bail application was rejected in another round on Wednesday.

India’s news agency ANI says the NCB has summoned Ananya Pandey for questioning.

However, an NCB official said calling someone for questioning did not mean he was guilty. Aryan Khan’s bail hearing will be held in the Bombay High Court on October 26.

Earlier, a special NDPS court in Mumbai rejected the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Moonmoon Dhamechar.

Aryan Khan’s lawyers then filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking bail.
